Description

Run for everyone in Lindknud in connection with this year's town festival.

The race takes place in the city and in the green areas of the adventure park. The route is on both gravel and asphalt.

After the race, cold cuts will be served to all participants.

There is a maximum of 300 participants. In 2019 it was almost sold out, so make sure to register your running partner or club so that you are sure of a ticket.

Children's race DKK 40 purchased on the day. incl. Medal and goodie bag.

5/10 km Children 0-15 years DKK 60

5/10 km Adults DKK 100

The deadline for online registration is Monday 7 August 2023 at 23.00.

Girls/Women / Boys/Men

0-10 years / 11-15 years / 16-39 years / 40-59 years / 60+ years

However 0-15 in 10 km.

Your age on race day 10 August 2023 applies.

At 18.00 Children's race

at 18.15 start 5 km walk

At 18.30 Start 10 km

At 18.35 Start 5 km

From 19.30 Free sausage man for all runners and spectators

Approx. at 20.00 Award ceremony

There are water dispensers on the route and in the finish area where there are also fruit and vegetables.

Timing and rules:

Schelaplast The race uses timing via a disposable chip in the start number.

Prizes:

NOK 500 for the largest pre-registered team. Also prize for 2nd & 3rd largest team

NOK 100 for new race records at 5 & 10 km

16+ there are cash prizes at 5 & 10 km

0-15 years a basket of mixed goodies :-)\ n Prize for all age group winners of 5 and 10 km.

Raffle prizes among all participants.
