Description
See you in the forest when the Skovlystløbet runs for the third time in Rude Skov on 21 September at 10.00! When you take part in the Skovlystløbet, you run for the forest, as we plant a tree in a Danish forest in your name. Join us for 5 or 10 kilometers in Rude Skov's beautiful surroundings, and round off the experience with delicious snacks, cold soft drinks and a taste of Skovlyst's non-alcoholic range, which tastes like a beer should taste!
The Skovlyst run offers a fantastic running experience in Rude Skov, around famous nature trails, steep slopes and close to deep forest lakes. Rude Skov is an area where great forces of nature and people have jointly shaped a landscape that is to that extent worth a run. Nature offers picturesque tours in a hilly landscape shaped during the last ice age.

SKOVLYST IS THE FOREST'S BREW
Skovlyst is a brewery that has its origins in Hareskoven and is passionate about encapsulating the forest's tastes, smells and experiences in his beer. It is a brewery that pays tribute to the forest and is surrounded by the forest. That is why Skovlyst has established a race in 2021 in collaboration with the experienced race organizers Wolfpack International and DGI timing - to enjoy and pay tribute to the forest! Over 200 participants took part in the first year, in 2022 we were over 250 and now we are ready for another wonderful race in the forest! We have set a maximum of 300 - so hurry up and sign up before it's too late!

Yes, if you want, you are welcome to walk the routes - as long as you stick to it within the time limits:
