Skuggenatten 12-timers

Description

Skuggenatten 12-hours is a terrain ultra race where the participants run up and down Skuggenatten as many times as they can during 12 hours. The event takes place on the same day and on the same track as the uphill race Skuggenatten Opp. For each round, there is 456 meters of altitude with an average climb of 10%. Everyone who completes one lap gets a medal, five laps qualify for ultra distance, while the podium places are expected to go to those who complete 8 – 11 laps.
