SpriT Frontyard - Sprint Trail Frontyard Genarp 2024
A "fast course" at Genarpsbadet: a mixture of dirt road, forest path and sand ... without asphalt this year!!! Just a "small" hill in the middle and another "small" one at the end and it will go fast!
If you want to test your ability to combine your speed and your running strategy, then this is definitely the race for you!\ n The lap is 1 km (Light Trail) and it must be run as many times as you can bear or the clock stops you!
