On the occasion of my 2×25th birthday, I would like to invite all my marathon friends to a birthday run, Saturday 6 August. 2023 at 08.00 – 13.00.

I will stand in the depot and pour water, juice, soda or beer every time you come to the depot (6 times 😉)
We will meet at the community center at Birkeparken 24, Rødekro
Registration to Hans by SMS 31906517 or via Messenger
The route will be laps of 7 km which must be run 6 times, so no halves at this time 😊
After the race there will be a little more the palate and stomach.
You are welcome to hang around and watch the start of the half marathon at 14.00 and watch me and the other runners complete a half marathon.
