Welcome to run the indoor marathon in Pirkkahalli!

Place: Tampere, Pirkkahalli, Ilmailunkatu 20, 33900 Tampere

Time: Sunday 25 February 2024 from 9:00 a.m.

Route description

The indoor marathon will be run in Hall A of the Tampere Fair and Sports Center (Pirkkahalli), 300 meters

on the track. Everyone runs at their own risk. Please note the other runners. You cannot run multiple runs at the same time on the course.

Distances and series

Marathon M/N general, M/N50, M60, half marathon M/N general, M/N50

The start of the marathon is at 9:00 a.m. and the start of the half at 11:00 a.m.

Participation fees and registration

The price is the same for both the marathon and the half. The participation fee can only be refunded if the event itself is canceled or postponed.

Pre-registration until February 11, 2024 : Tampere Marathon Club members €25, others €40

Post-registration on site no later than 1 hour before departure €35 (member), €50 (others)

NOTE! The total number of participants is a maximum of 130 runners. Places will be filled in the order of registration.

Time limit: The maximum completion time is six hours for the marathon and three hours for the half marathon.

Chip timing: Yes

Additional information:

– The showers and changing rooms next to the running track in the A hall are for the use of runners.

– The three best in the series will be awarded. All participants will be offered coffee and cake after the race.

– Runners will not be awarded medals.

The Tampere Marathon Club's Hallimaraton is one competition in the Hallimaratoncup, which also includes the APK Hallimaraton in Pori on February 10, 2024 and the Pohjalainen Hallimaraton in Vaasa in March 2024.
