Welcome to Helsingborg Marathon!

The course for the Helsingborg Marathon was born from the idea to showcase as much as possible of beautiful Helsingborg. The city has a fairly small city center, but fantastic views and places all around. The course begins in the heart of Helsingborg at Sundstorget outside Dunkers Kulturhus. The road leads you out on a flat seven kilometer stretch to Råå marina and further up towards Ättekulla nature reserve. Here, two fantastic nature experiences follow shortly after each other in the form of Ramlösa brunnspark and Jordbodalen. Furthermore, you are guided through fantastic Fredriksdal museums and gardens, a farm in the middle of town, and then experience great contrasts when you run past Helsingborg Arena and Olympia in the same kilometer. During the second half of the course, you get to see everything from the medieval castle Kärnan to the nature reserve Pålsjö forest, Maria Park and Sofiero castle garden before you run down the long Tinkarpsbacken and towards the long race.

The last 3300 meters of the Helsingborg Marathon have permanent markings in the ground every 100 meters. 33 lines with a countdown towards the final goal - Gröningen.
