Welcome to another marathon/half-marathon!

This time we are "out of the house", as we have been allowed to borrow the fantastic Sondrup Plantage, and such an opportunity will not pass. It is therefore also with a short deadline that we call up the race. There will be room for max. 20 participants. As a starting point, we open for 13 participants in the full and 7 participants in the half marathon. That can change if only the number of participants stays below 20. 😊

The route:

A little against our normal concept, this time it is a round race, but on the other hand it is some nice rounds, and they are long enough 😊 It will be laps of 7+ km. So 3 laps for a half marathon, and 6 laps for a full one. There will probably also be plenty of elevation gain and walking hills.

It will be a trail, from slightly larger gravel paths to somewhat small paths of varying surfaces. It will be a plus to wear trail shoes. The plantation is generally very dry where we run, but if the rain continues as it has so far, there will probably be some puddles along the way.

The route will be marked, but pay attention to the route, because you will also be busy looking at your feet. Along the way there is an opportunity for some nice views, so feel free to take a lot of pictures.

There is a time limit of 7 hours, because the sun sets on 17.01, and then we are not allowed to be in the forest anymore.

Depot:

There will be depot after each round, with what is now needed.

There is a medal for all finishers.

Price:

95.- for both half and full.

Registration takes place at peterkjeldmann@hotmail.com and the start fee is transferred to MobilePay. The registration is only valid after confirmation has been received.

The race is run according to current club 100 rules.

There are no toilet facilities.
