Description
The race starts in Lauperk, down by the Ørsdalsvatnet 60mho at 12:00. From there it is approx. 300m of carriage road, before the race continues through Arvid Mæland's yard, and crosses over to the road. After about 4.5 km, the track turns hard left, onto the road that goes towards Skykula. Here the road is followed all the way to the top 906 m.a.s.l. The last 100m go on a path towards the cairn. An intermediate time will be taken at Skineldvatnet, approx. 6km from the start.
The route will be well marked, and people who can show the way at Christian points.
Drink/food stations will be set up at 6km and 9km. Drinks, fruit and sweets are served here.
Parking is in Arvid Mæland's yard. Address Lauperak 1620, 4387 Bjerkreim. The public is asked to park by Skineldvatnet. This will be marked.
