Description
The trail is flat and gentle at the start and first goes beyond the Strandinvegen 200 - 300 meters and then follows a tractor road up a bit into the hillside. Here you have to turn off the road and follow the marked path in the terrain.
It is sometimes quite steep but quite easy to get there. The path is well marked with blue measurements on rocks and tree trunks. When you have followed the path up a couple of steep bends, you are about halfway to an old square called Nygård.
From here, the path continues upwards in fine hiking terrain, partly out towards steep terrain above Bandak. There is an alternating ascent from gentle upwards to some fairly steep slopes. The entry is a tough long downhill on a tractor road up to the top.
