Description

Run & Shoot is run either individually (New in 2024) or as a team with 3 participants per teams where you switch between running and shooting.

When you participate as a team, all participants go through all the disciplines and you thus get individual results from the 3 shooting disciplines.

Rifle (against falling target)

Bow/arrow,

Rifle (shooting target 50m distance)

Start time - There are 6 teams per heat*

at 10.00 - Heat 1 (Individual)

at 11.00 - Heat 2 (Team)

at 12.30 - Heat 3 (Team)

The time limit is 1 hour 15 minutes per heat - (55 min for individual)

* If there are fewer than 6 teams in a heat, they will be combined.

Food and drink

It will be possible to buy additional food and drink after the race.

Timing with chip

The race is run with electronic timing with a chip that is built into your start number and there will be a LIVE result display on race day via www.3600marathon.com/live so friends, family and others. can follow along and see where and when they have to be ready to cheer either out on the route or in the finish area.
