DGI Nordsjælland is proud - in collaboration with LOMK, Liseleje & Omegns Motionsklub - to be able to present the very first division of SOUL TRAIL BY NIGHT CUP 2024 (3 divisions in total).

SOUL TRAIL BY NIGHT creates unique running experiences in nighttime surroundings in the North Zealand forests in a RELAXED AND PLEASANT atmosphere - the races have SOUL and darkness!

If you register for SOUL TRAIL BY NIGHT CUP 2024, your start number applies to all 3 divisions

SOUL TRAIL BY NIGHT CUP requires participation in all 3 races

Points distribution in SOUL TRAIL BY NIGHT CUP (requires you to be registered for all 3 divisions from the start of the first division)

SOUL TRAIL BY NIGHT CUP is decided on points. This means that one's position in each department is converted into points: No. 1 gets 15 points, No. 2 gets 13 points, No. 3 gets 11 points, No. 4 gets 10 points, etc. From No. 13 onward, 1 point is automatically awarded. Absence 0 (zero) points.

You must complete the registered distance. (Distance cannot be changed during the race/cup). Tikøb will award SOUL TRAIL BY NIGHT CUP prizes to the top three winners in each distance for women and men respectively.

All 3 divisions must be completed to be part of the top three winners.

If there is a tie in points, it is the position in the last section that counts.

Practical information

​​​​​​• Meals: Taffel chips and Skovlyst beer and hot coffee/tea.

​​​​• Race start at 19.30

• There is electronic timing with a chip integrated into the start number

• Free parking at your own risk

• Possibility of storing luggage at your own risk in the start area

• Defibrillators in the finish area

• Participation is at your own risk and responsibility

• Recommendations from the race organizers must be respected
