Description
Soldraget 10, 3460 Birkerød. The race starts at 9.00.
Show up no later than 15 minutes before for the race briefing and start photo.
DKK 100 for marathon and half marathon.
DKK 80 for 7-14 km.
The depot contains candy, fruit, salt bars, soda, juice and cocoa milk. After the race there is beer, coffee, tea and looting of the depot. Maybe there is cake...
Rounds a 7 km scenic route with an eye on Sjælsø most of the way. Wide gravel paths and forest paths and approx. 1 km on asphalt/cycle path per round. The route is hilly with several climbs, as we have to go down to the lake and up again.

Access to toilet in the house.
Parking on the left side of Soldraget (odd numbers), so there is room to run on the right. If there are many participants, please refer to parking in the area or the care home's car park.
