SpriT Frontyard - Sprint Trail Frontyard Dalby by Night 2024

HEADLAMP MANDATORY !!!

A nice 1K course at the "Dalby badet": light trail with a big hill at the beginning (24m D+ / lap). It will be dark and cold ;-)

If you want to test your ability to combine your speed and your running strategy, then this is absolutely the right competition for you!

The lap is 1 km (Light Trail) and you have to run as many times as you can make it or the clock stops you!

First lap you have 10 minutes

Second lap 9'40''

Third 9'20'' ...

Will anyone be able to run 20K?

You'll probably have time for at least 10K ;-)

Where: Dalby vid badet parking lot

When: 16/12 - at 15.30

Water / cola and some "food" at the lap ... maybe we'll fix some broth ;-)

Registration fee: SEK 199 - Limited number of places! !

Registration is binding after payment. As organizers, we recommend that you take out insurance that will compensate you when you miss competitions due to injury and illness. Eg Folksam's sports race insurance or Startklar.
