Description
Then it's time again for a trip around Ikast and the catchment area, so come and join us for a social marathon.
The route is 2 x 21 km which is not marked. Running at a pace of 6.15-6.30. Show up 10 minutes before the start at 9.00 for info and start photo.
You bring your own depot, which will be taken out to 7 and 14 km. There is a toilet at the start and at 21 km, home-made medals and a diploma.
After the race, there is the option of a beer/water and a chicken bacon sandwich from the butcher. Price DKK 80 with food and drink, DKK 20 without.
The race follows club 100 rules.
