Description

The Volvat relay is KnarvikMila's race for colleagues, family, friends or sports teams who want to challenge themselves with a short and intense relay together.

Each team consists of 5 runners and there are no leaders on the team.

Create your own team with your favorite colleagues, good friends or teammates from the sports team.

The relay consists of 5 short stages from under 1 km to almost 2 km each. It's short enough that anyone can complete a stage, challenging enough if you want to do it as fast as possible.

Because here it can really go away when the adrenaline is pumping through the body, the motivation and the atmosphere are at their peak!

The start and finish are at Knarvik Stadium and all stages will have a changeover close to the stadium, so that it will be possible to follow the progress during the course almost all the time. You will never be far from a good colleague or teammate who cheers you on until the next shift!

After the relay, we invite all participants to a joint informal dinner buffet in Nordhordlandshallen.

Here there will be prize distribution, a dinner buffet, light entertainment and a good atmosphere together with other runners, support staff and cheerleaders. Come as you are - slightly sweaty training clothes are probably the standard outfit on this day!

There will be prizes for the three best teams at the Volvat Relay and prizes for the three best teams in a separate relay for sports teams.

Course description: 🏃

Due to road workers around the Knarvik stadium, the course route and the relay stages have not been finally decided, but the relay starts and ends at the Knarvik stadium.

The legs are run in a flat and easy-running stretch. The course is car-free.

In the finish area, the team receives medals, water and a banana. Here you will also find the Red Cross tent if you need assistance and a separate area where you can mingle with other runners.
