Windal ½-marathon on Saturday 28 September 2024

Start time at 11 a.m. (walkers at 10 a.m.)

Competition center: Saarikenttä Patruunantie 15, 62800 Vimpeli. Open from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Trips and series:

Runners: MYl, M40,45,50,55,60,65,70,M fitness, NYl,40,50,N fitness.

Fitness series for walkers and runners M/N.

Start time: 11:00 a.m., Walkers at 10:00 a.m.

Prizes: Handsome trophies for the best 6 in the race series and the best 3 in the fitness series.

In addition, all finishers will receive a participation plaque.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION at the competition office at 1:45 p.m.

Participation fee: Race series €12 (JK €10), fitness series and 16 years €10 (JK €8), walking and bike series €6 (JK €5)

Competition route: A relatively gentle asphalt-surfaced route that has been officially measured. The running route is not closed to other traffic. Competitors must be alert for other traffic during the performance. Signs, the front car and the First Response car warn other traffic to pay attention to the runners.

Maintenance during the race: Service stations every 4 km, where water, sports drink, mixed juice, raisins and pickles are available.

First aid: At the start/finish and the first response car will accompany the runners during the journey.

We recommend that you don't run when you have a cold or are in bad shape.

Changing rooms: Changing rooms with saunas in the immediate vicinity of the competition center.
